the pizza restaurant nearby offered a convenient option. a supermarket was also within close proximity. i especially liked the option for regulating the heat myself. tea and coffee top-ups were available in the sitting room, and that was appreciated.
i noticed visible staining on the bathroom door. the remote control for the tv also was not clean. i think this is a shame.

the room was modern and clean. it had everything i needed and was super comfy. the bed provided was comfortable. there was also ample space.

the room had a coffee machine and electric kettle with plenty of tea bags. the house is in a nice quiet safe area (i really appreciated this). rathgar village is walking distance and has some nice restaurants and bars.
the absence of staff made it a bit impersonal.
